The Axarquia is the relatively unspoilt area to the east of Málaga, stretching from Rincon de la Victoria to Nerja and inland.
Our property is self-contained with private access and our exceptional standards of cleanliness and service:
CARRASCO 4, our renovated town house situated right in the middle of the town of Vélez-Málaga. It is within the "casco historico" (the historic centre) and whilst the outside looks traditional, the inside conversion provides a light and spacious environment, offering every comfort to guests who nonetheless are looking to experience the "real Spain".
Vélez-Málaga is the capital of the Axarquia and just 7km from the sea. It has a rich architectural heritage and there is plenty to do and see around the historical centre, along with some excellent restaurants. It is perfectly placed to explore the white villages of the Axarquía as well as the coastal towns and beaches along the 25 kilometres of coastline, the nearest being Torre del Mar with its impressive promenade and beach. Caleta de Vélez, the local fishing harbour and marina, and Baviera Golf Club are just minutes away.
